In our national lead as the cost of college continues to soar and Technology such as AI is rapidly Transforming Our Lives there's a growing Push by some of
the nation's largest companies to try to focus on skills not often taught at universities a key to the American dream of finding financial success in building.
OneTen’s newly-released 2023 Impact Report, Toward a Skills-First Future, showcases the coalition’s efforts to close the opportunity gap by driving skills-first hiring practices. This year’s report highlights significant progress, including over 122,000 hires and promotions, resulting in more than $12 billion in family-sustaining wages for talent without four-year degrees.
Key achievements include the launch of an AI-powered Jobs Engine to streamline skills-first hiring and a Skills-First Scorecard to track members’ progress. With custom support strategies and thought leadership, OneTen continues to create a more inclusive and productive workforce.
